(Key: 1= low, 5= high)

 1.  I HAVE INTEGRITY IN MY WORK AND PERSONAL LIFE.      1  2  3  4  5

Have you received the promotion you wanted, or the results in your business that you planned?  If not, take a peek at your integrity.  Are there times when you have not kept your word, were late to an appointment, or just forgot it?  These flaws in your integrity are reflected in how others  - your boss, co-workers, customers or family members treat you.  Based on the Law of Cause and Effect, we get back in life exactly what we put out.

Solution:  Make an agreement with yourself to have integrity in all your interactions.  Only make agreements you are willing and able to keep.  Watch the universe respond.

2.  I TAKE TIME DAILY TO ACCESS MY INTUITION.    1  2  3  4  5

When was the last time you used a hunch, and it was productive? Top executives nationally are beginning to access this gift to gain a leading edge. Our intuition is a great source of creative information and problem solving. Spending at least 15 minutes per day in quiet contemplation can open this creative channel. Meditate, pray, read inspirational materials, or enjoy nature.  You will be renewed, and ready for purposeful activity.

3.  I AM GUIDED BY MY VISIONS FOR MY LIFE AND CAREER.    1  2  3  4  5

Are you run by Vision or adrenaline?  Someone run by adrenaline equates success with struggle, overcoming problems, and needs the “high” that comes from bursts of success.  They also get burned out!
Those who have switched to being motivated by Visions are balanced, caring, and solution-oriented people.  Are your “Visions” clear?

4.  I HAVE CLEAR VALUES, AND CONSULT THEM DAILY.   1  2  3  4  5

Are you successful, but still unhappy?  Perhaps you are driven by what others think you should do or be. When you are clear about your values, they are reflected in your work, and you are fulfilled.  Can you express them in your current work?  What would you love to do?  Would you or your loved ones benefit from your being happy?  Do you deserve to do what you love?  How and when can you make that happen?  Begin developing a long-term plan to be where you want to be.

5.  I DEFINE CLEAR STEPS AND EASILY COMPLETE LARGE PROJECTS.   1  2  3  4  5

Procrastination is not a character flaw!  It is how the brain reacts when we are faced with a multi-level task or project.  The way to work around procrastination is to learn exquisite organizational skills and time management skills.  Discover how to break the task into small bites or steps.

Low scores on any of the above items indicate that coaching may be of benefit.  To explore more fully, schedule a free introduction to coaching on the "Contact Us" link.
