Do you know your core values?A value-based life is a passionate, authentic life – just the juice you need to accomplish your goals!
Think of five people you admire.What are their top qualities?Do they have attributes like endurance, fun, patience, enthusiasm, integrity, honesty, humility – or a myriad of other values?The qualities you admire in others are also your core values, because what you see in others reflects what is meaningful to you.
Reflect on their top qualities which are your core values. Which values do you already express and which would you like to develop?How can you demonstrate these values daily in your life?
Expressing these values in your life will bring you in touch with your authentic, passionate self.
